2020 a year of majestic insightful declaration of need to America this great land
Familiarity of light threatened by the darkness of shadows without recourse
Promotion halted by glooms arrest in view of historical displeasures
Pestilent armies of plague driven resort in ravage of our mortal bodies
Tables once overflowing with delicacies of cultures fame dismantled by idols held in deceptive acclaim
Hardened hearts in mass tally due to the allure of entitlement’s illusive honor
Divisiveness gripping our unity enabling calamities of great proportion
Unity betrayed in search of selfish endeavors of minimal gain
Arteries of hope obstructed as fellowship but a bereaved memory of sentimental strain
Heart beats weakened by seductive employ questioned our ability to endure
Prosperity once taken for granted creates the reality of its grace
Yet, in the stillness of the night when burdens lay bare to weep
Courage once a prideful banner of great supply now timid amid the nights solemn cries
Souls tinkering before destructive routes for remnants of manifested supply
Hearts captive in silent retreat urgently awakened to surrender idol loves adore
Majestic providential care takes hold of souls searching for freedoms cleansing love affair
Gems of hope, love, peace, and most of all faith overflow in heaven’s treasure chest
Redemptions heroic sacrifice displays the genuine authority of such jewels held in the highest regard
Restoring pride’s lack of survival’s joy to the sustaining need of a love capacity to die for all in need
Hardships desperate linger employ search for harmonies melody of peaceful reconciliation
2020 but a catalyst of Jesus Christ Holy reclaim unfolding His great love upon multitudes of His chosen sustain
Faith bred through torturous inner pain cultivates a spiritual longevity lost from prosperity’s detour of self-proclaim
Our biblical ancestors walked paths of similar echoes of pain to the blessed aftermath of much promised land
